I've just noticed that I have been neglecting my book recommendations recently... sorry.I'm in the middle of reading The Horse Wisperer by Nicholas Evans... It's an absolutely captivating story starting with a vividly described road accident within the first few pages.
I never saw the movie starring Robert Redford but reading the book... I'm not surprised that the film was such a big success at the time.
